Not receiving/unlocking acheivements

While on the games Rockband 1 & 2 I have filled the requirements for Flawless Fretwork (100% any song on Expert as guitarist) and also Solid Gold Baby (Gold Star Any Song on Expert) and it did not unlock the achievements, What's up with that?

I have the same problem with Watch_Dogs, I unlocked all of the City Hotspots but no achievement. :0(

I've cleared my system cache and still no luck upon filling requirements on Rockband 2, Just finished this song

This problem also includes The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, completed the requirements for Escaped the Imperial Sewers and it did not unlock.

 

I would like you to delete your Xbox profile ObsceneNameHere from your console. To Learn How To Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile Click
Here When you delete your Xbox profile from your console clear your Xbox 360 system cache & attempt to download your profile back to your console, This should Fix the problem at hand, I`d also like to
note that you should Sign out of your Xbox Profile to be able to delete your profile.

Deleted the profile, Cleared cache, Downloaded profile as instructed and still no achievement/s for filling requirements.

You would have to re earn the achievement after downloading your profile again.I'd try the Oblivion achievement as it's easy & early in the game.

I figured that and as stated re-fulfilled the requirements for the achievement/s stated and no luck.

 

Have you tried to unlock an achievement on another game.

Your game history seems a bit odd,i've never seen so many games played without unlocking an achievement unless the gamerscore has been reset

 

I have tried, Back and forth on Rockband 1, 2, and oblivion. I work at a non-corporate game store and I use my Xbox/Acc to test the games to make sure they work all the way to the title/main menu

 

Fair enough.Hope you didn't misunderstand me,i wasn't accusing you of anything.

Not sure what to suggest really as you seemed to have tried all the solutions that normally work.
