    Not receiving Shipping Label


    Hi,

    I have been trying to get my console serviced as it is not working from past a month. But i have not been able to get a shipping label for my service request. Every time I contact support about they create a new order cancelling the previous one. Please
    someone help.

    No shipping label received via email to print and I checked the spam folder ??

    I have not received any Shipping label for my warranty return where can I find this shipping label for my return.

    do a xbox one repair you need to print a shipping label from a printer if you did the regular service you need to find a box

    If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories

    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller

    Accessories do not receive a shipping label...you have to pay for your own shipping....
