    Not receiving Shipping Label via email for Xbox One S return.


    Tried clicking 'Get Shipping Label' on the Device Service and Repair page, however the below keeps occurring.

    I want to return my xbox one s controller that came with my xbox. I created a returning label with my warranty, and when i try to get my shipping label all that pops up is this [] on a separate window. I contacted microsoft support over the phone and they
    said they would email me shipping label. It's been 2 days and I havn't been emailed my shipping label.

    Why is this so difficult? Same exact thing. A Web page that returns literally, "[ ]", when one clicks the button "Get Shipping Label".

    Are you saying an email comes with the shipping label? I got an email about the return process, and logged in one sees what the OP shows when clicking "Get Shipping Label" ... taken to a page of "[ ]"

    The shipping label would be added as an attachment on an email that get's sent out to you once the order is processed. In the occasion of having difficulties retrieving the shipping label, you would need to contact Live Support as they would be able to assist
    in re-sending the shipping label.

    As provided above the best way to contact Live Support would be by clicking this link: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us#0

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category(Charges on my account)and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat is faster).



    Hope this helps a bit more.

    How do I package a controller return without getting it sent back to me?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that you are attempting to submit your controller in for repairs. To best assist, please view: Getting your Xbox device serviced | Xbox Support for steps on how to service an Xbox device/accessory. Once you log into your account, you will have the option to submit a service request for any device(s) you have registered for warranty.

    Once your request has been submitted, you should receive an email to the email attached to your Xbox account for additional assistance. Typically, you will receive the shipping label and will need to drop the device off at the postal service that the label was created for.

    If these are the steps you have taken, please answer the following questions:

    - Did this include a shipping label?

    - Did you receive an email with the shipping label attached?

    - Was the box you used free of any previous labels that may cause a package to be returned to your home?

    - Which postal service was used when the device was to be shipped out?
