I have the same problem whit music pass ... just lost 2 hours of my life trying to fix this *** cant send an email ,need to make a tweeter account to send a message ? chat not working cant get anyone on phone what a *** mess ?

How in hell i can receive the email purchase confirmation but not the freaking code ?

So now what are my option ? need to skip a day of work to call this place ? or dispute the charge and buy a playstation .

Thank you for your input, however that is where I have been looking and there is not an email address (preferred method) to contact the team to help me. Do you know of a direct email address that I could use? As the only current method offered is a chat
system which cannot be actioned on my phone/tablet that I am using currently (no PC available).
