    I have had a rewards account since 2010. It says my status is good but I haven't been receiving any rewards points for the renewals or purchases I've made.

    Hello harktheharreld,

    I can confirm that it looks like your region migration is causing your issue. Since you registered into the program as a US Microsoft Account member, we created a US Rewards Account for you. When you changed to a UK Microsoft Account, your regions were no
    longer matching, which causes an error to occur when we attempt to deposit USD into your Microsoft Account, which only accepts GBP. Furthermore, since you have a US Rewards Account, we can only Reward purchases made in USD.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    If your join by date still shows "???", and not a recent registration date, then your account has not yet been re-registered.

    If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one. However, as this process closes out your US Rewards Account and creates an entirely new UK Rewards
    Account, all your other progress will not be able to be transferred. The transfer will be relatively simple; just open up a new post when your process has completed, and we will confirm if your regions are correctly matching and start the transfer process.

    Not receiving rewards

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hello TheEricEllis,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    October game pass rewards

    Hey there,

    Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

    Which Microsoft Rewards are you referring to? I live in Brazil and I am able to exchange the points received for the XBOX rewards I earn on Quests made in games, but I never received a physical reward.

    Have yet to receive my Game Pass Ultimate/Epic rewards.

    Hey there,

    Just to clarify, have you received any rewards, or are you expecting two more rewards? The Game Pass Quest reward you receive are upgraded for each tier you complete, and you don't receive an additional reward for each tier. For example, if you complete
    each of the tiers, your reward is upgraded up to the Epic Mystery Gift.

    It's not fare

    The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
    from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).

    Hey there,

    If you participated in the October Xbox Quest, rewards will take up to 30 days to be delivered. In this case, all eligible customers should expect to see their rewards near the end of November. Hope this helps!
