    I have spent $400 in the past year on the marketplace, buying several games and add ons. I have not received anything towards VIP and rewards. I spoke to TWO xbox support agents and they both said "We understand and are on your side for receiving some kind
    of compensation for the troubles" but say they cant help me and my only option is to post a forum and hope a rewards agent speaks to me

    If you violate the CoC/ToU you agreed upon and spent money, This does not constitute a reason for receiving a refund.

    So, I decided to deposit my 1000 credits so that I can receive my money for 9/14/2017. However, when I checked today, there wasn't any money put in my account. In addition, when I checked the website, it instead asked me if I wanted to deposit the same 1000
    credits for 9/28/2017. Please help me and others with this issue get their credits back.

    Hello Tlrobertson5,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Furthermore, MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    Since a majority of your purchases have been in-game consumables, they were not eligible for MyVIP, and did not award payback.
