    Hey ive been a rewards member for wsy over a year and in that time ive only bought games on ingame things on the store yet i have never received anyype of rewards for it so i just would like to get some help with that,

    Not Receiving Rewards at all

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    In-game consumables are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    Since your recent promotion in September, I see you have begun receiving MyVIP payback for your eligible purchases. Please note that the total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your
    account by the 15th of the following month, so it is too early to see Credits for any October purchases.

    How long does it take for purchases using Microsoft rewards points to go through?

    It can take up to 24 hours to receive the code once you redeem it. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either give the option to resend the code or it will list the code there. If not, you'll want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
