    I am not receiving my XBOX Live Gold Reward Points and the emails are telling me to update the billing info. However the billing info is up to date. I contacted support and they told me to post here and gave me a reference number.

    I haven't been getting my rewards points, is there a problem with my rewards account.

    Not Receiving Rewards Points

    I have been on Xbox LIVE (as well as XBL Rewards) for some time now, and I have made PLENTY of purchases, ranging from indie games, arcade games and add-ons as well as games on demand. Yet have I received my "First Marketplace Purchase" reward of 100 Microsoft
    Points. Not only this, is that my points from around November's surveys have been pending since then and I didn't know when they are supposed to be deposited or if my account is flawed (or neglected, lol).

    That is the Rewards forums, and they should be able to help you with your query. Not receiving Reward Points :)
