    I was looking at activating the Simply Rewarding Offer on Xbox Rewards and saw that I needed to activate the offer on my email. I then went to look for the email and saw that my last email from Xbox Rewards was from February of 2016. I was wondering if there
    was a way to fix the email issue and activate the reward offer.

    We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with the program. We'll take your sentiment and feedback and provide it to the appropriate team. Regarding your emails, since your email address is also being used by another gamertag, you may be receiving emails
    for that gamertag instead. We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing
    info", and then changing your billing email from that screen. Additionally, we see that you have unsubscribed from our mail list, so we no longer send emails to your address.

    Not Receiving Rewards Emails

    Hi,

    I have over 185,000 Gamerscore so I rate as an Overlord, I am a 5 star VIP, I am an XBOX Insider AND I have

    1,139,324 Lifetime Credits Earned!! I do not understand why I do not receive any VIP Red Carpet Rewards. I also do not receive Rewards emails.
    I do not feel rewarded AT ALL.

    I do not feel like my loyalty matters

    What is wrong?

    I really would appreciate anything you can do.

    You can activate the reward offer by visiting rewards.xbox.com going to MyMissions and clicking "Activate Offer".

    the reward team will reply within 1-2 business days in regards to your email issue.

    As Murphs says, you can opt-in directly on the offer page located on the MyMissions page, and it will act the same way as if you opted in from the email.
