    So, this is an issue I've had for a few months now. And frankly, I'm rather upset about it.

    I have several purchases for Halo 5 Req Packs charged to my account over a period of time, adding up to roughly $700, and I didn't make these purchases. And then back in May, my Microsoft account got hacked and taken over, so I couldn't even get on my PC
    to try and contact Microsoft because that is linked to my Microsoft account. So, I took several days trying to get in line with someone at Microsoft about this issue, and it took forever to figure out where to even go. I finally got ahold of someone in a email
    chain and they waited several days to transfer me to someone else to handle the issue. And then from there it took over a week to be in contact with them again so that they could call me and have me tell them a different address to email so I could get my
    Microsoft account back. Then once that was done they gave me back nearly $200 in refunds for Fifa of all things, who even plays Fifa, from the person who hacked my account in the first place after they took my account over. And then after that was done, they
    ended the support form. And I have spent the past several weeks repeating the process of figuring out where to go because it's not clear. I finally found the original email address I used, but they only told me to talk to someone from XBox Billing Support
    and referred me to the general Support page. How is that at all helpful to me? At this point, I'm posting this everywhere I can go get some actual help for once. Because if this is how Microsoft is going to be to a customer of half a decade, then I don't know
    why I'm even supporting this practice.

  2. Xbox fitness refund

    I received an Xbox live message saying I recieved a refund for my xbox fitness purchases but have nothing in my account.

    it also looks like I received my project spark refund but I was also not notified about that. I did make purchases in not spark and fitness. The refund i received does not equal out to what I paid for both, or even the Xbox fitness purchases.

    My last refund were on April 12th. At the same day and on April 27th i have bought games worth 185.98 €. At 8% that (should be 10%) would be 14.87 € (18.59 €). Not receiving rewards and The 8% refund for the purchases.

    Nobody in the forums can help with refunds. You will need to continue working with the Billing Dept via phone support.

    Yes, I did make these purchases with Microsoft.

    I have looked in my purchase history and there is one purchase of vbucks, and then 5 other refunds of it. I didn't make these 5 refunds.

    Thanks for your response. This happens with the Apex Legends game only. The first time I did not receive the coins, I requested a refund, which I received. The second time it occurred, I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who suggested I reset my Xbox using the "keep my games an apps" options. I did this, but it did not resolve the problem. I requested a second refund, which was denied because the request occurred too close in time to my previous request for a refund. I then did not make any coin purchases in Apex Legends for about 6 months. This is my third attempt to purchase coins, without actually receiving them. This problem does not occur with other games, just Apex Legends.

    so i did receive the game but only after the second purchase, but i was told by a friend who went through a similar experience that i must request a refund to get back that R500 that was charged originally when i didn't receive the game, when i submitted the refund i stated a duplicate purchase occurred, and when i was redunded i was only refunded for the one purchase instead of 2

    That's my point: You will only get one refund as the error only occured once:

    - Purchase 1: Paid for the game, didn't receive it so entitled to a refund

    - Purchase 2: Paid for the game, received the game. not entitled to a refund

    You requested a refund for the first error and got your refund. The second purchase went through correctly, you paid for the game and you received the game so no refund necessary. The game cost R500, you received the game and got charged R1000 (2 attempts), you received R500 back so you have paid R500 which was the price of the game

    Only reason for getting 2 refunds back is if you wanted to return the game without playing it
