    Not receiving redeemed vault rewards to vault registered email address


    Hi,

    Re: Redeemed 1250 vault gems - No email codes received.

    I redeemed vault content on 7th April (3 months Xbox Live, 7 days World of Tanks Premium) but never received the emails with the codes. I raised a support ticket at the time (linked above) and was told that the fulfilment team had resent the emails.

    I still have not received the emails. How can I check the email address that is registered to the vault? There is obviously a problem with this. I receive all other Xbox Reward related emails with no problem.

    Is it possible to send the codes via Xbox message directly to my Xbox profile?

    Any help you can offer to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    i still have not recieved any of my gem rewards ordered on 4/15/18

    Hello MillerTime996,

    We see you registered into the vault with a email address with a different domain than your normal Xbox Live Rewards contact address. Are you sure you are checking your vault registered email address?

    My Xbox Live Gold Reward was Never Given to Me

    Hello The GenkiGod,

    It sounds like you thought your Gold was automatically redeemed through the MyVIP Vault interface. However, as it sounds like you suspected, the Vault does not automatically redeem items, but sends a token code to your vault registered email address to enter
    manually into the (http://redeem.microsoft.com) site. We have escalated this request to our Vault team to investigate. In the meanwhile, you may wish to double check your vault registered email address. Many of these
    issues seem to arise due to users manually entering an email address that is different than their normal contact address.

    That email address is, in fact, correct. While I have two emails I use, that Hotmail address is what I use for Xbox purposes.

    Hello ,

    Have you checked the junk mail folder of your vault-registered email address? We have had reports of users mail being filtered there. Also, make sure you are looking for your prize email in your vault registered email. This is the email address you input
    manually when you registered for the vault. Since you put this address in manually, it may be different than your normal contact address.
    I have checked my junk mail and there isn't any Xbox reward mail there.
