Not receiving pre-order bonus content

I pre-ordered Destiny 2 before it launched and I have installed the extra content,but I haven't received the extra content after finishing what I should,help please?

Half-joking aside, maybe they have not decided the retailers for the bonuses yet and rather just show off the planned content for pre-orders.

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

First you should make sure the bonus content is installed. Please highlight the game and press the start button on your controller. From there select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to make sure it's installed.

Once installed, you must beat the campaign and reach level 20. Go to the tower and speak to each person in order starting with Hawthorn. You should get the Cold Heart Tracer rifle and ghost during these interactions.

Make sure that the content is installed. Also, you will only get the items once you beat the story and reach level 20.

You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.
