Not receiving party/game invites after multiple support contacts i have been sent here.

Hey, Korda!

The first thing I was going to suggest was trying to move around your network devices to try to ensure that your console has a better connection, but you've blocked that with the friend's console! Well, darn.

I also see that your account isn't flagged as preview, so I don't believe that would factor in here.

Is this only happening with Party or game invites? Or do you not see notifications for achievements or messages as well?

Let me know, and from there we can see what our next steps are. I want to make sure I have everything covered before that.

Also, i was told by support that someone here would definitely be able to fix this problem and it wouldn't be permanent, would appreciate any help!

Thank you for the reply, i have altered the lovation of my router and still no difference, i am wired by the way.

And it happens with both party and game invites, i dont get either and 50% of the time people wont get them when i send them either.

Also, i dont see messages pop up very often maybe 1 or 2 here and there, but they all pop up on my smartglass, as for achievments i dont even remember the last time i saw one, was easily last year.

No worries at all! One last thing I want to make sure we covered is wiring directly into your modem. Because other accounts on your console are working fine, I believe this wouldn't solve your issue, but it's a troubleshooting step that needs to be completed
(or at least confirmed), before we head over to our next step. Let me know how it goes!
