Not receiving myvip gems for making purchases.

I bought something on the 18th of march, and i still haven't received myvip gems. It should take max 96 hours, but it's 11 days ago now. What went wrong?

I didn't get any gems when I reached 50,000 gamerscore

From the FAQ:

How do I collect my MyVIP Gems?

It depends on how you earn them. If a MyVIP Gem is earned for completing a MyChallenge or as a Reward for a MyVIP Perk like your birthday, Xbox Live Rewards anniversary, Gamerscore increase, or MyAchievements tier, you’ll be notified by email and will
then have 60 days to claim them on the MyRewards page.

However, gems earned by clicking on an email, completing a monthly offer, or making digital purchases in the Microsoft Store will be automatically added to your MyVIP Gem balance. Please note that gems earned by making purchases or by completing an offer
on the site can take up to 96 hours to appear in your gem balance.

We see that this perk is still awaiting your claim on the MyRewards page.

Hello,

I posted earlier that I wasn't receiving my gems for the preorder MyChallenge and that I wasn't receiving any for purchases I made which were pre orders. The MyChallenge problem has been solved and I thank you for your assistance however, I was told that
pre orders are not eligible for gems whereas in the FAQ under MyVIP Star Rank and sub category "Can I earn for pre-ordering games?" it states "Yes! While currently pre-orders are not part of the qualifying content for your MyVIP Star Rank, we will now be awarding
MyVIP Gems for every dollar you spend on digital items in the Microsoft Store". Now the way this is phrased leads you to believe that they are referring to you being able to earn gems on pre-orders since that is the question this text claims to answer. If
this is not the case then this is very misleading for why would this answer be under this question if it is not in reference to this question? If you say you do it, then you should do it.

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be scheduled to deposit later this month.

Hello Fumetsu Akaichi,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your NL Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of
registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency,
it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

There lies the problem. It turns out that I have pending credit going back as far as 02/15/2015. Something is preventing the credits from being deposited.

We have received clarification from our promotion team after contacting our web team. Subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP gems. Gem eligibility is similar to MyVIP eligibility, except pre-orders are also eligible for Gems for the gems for
purchasing offer. Subscriptions like Gold and Game Pass can be Rewarded with Gems by the MyChallenge for consecutive months of Gold or Game Pass, not for the .9 EUR per Gem offer. Apologies for the confusion.
