Not receiving my rewards

    I haven't been getting any of my rewards for months now because apparently my account needs updating. All the account information is already current and correct though.

    I also get this message on the reward page:

    "Account Status:

    Temporary Delay in Deposits

    Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach
    out to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way."

    NOT RECEIVING MY REWARD

    So my problem is that i recently completed a achievement on Halo MCC called the "legend" achievement. Basically i completed all the campaigns on Halo MCC on legendary and whats supposed to happen is a reward should be unlocked in halo 5. The reward still
    hasn't unlocked yet and i completed the achievement on the 2nd of May 2018. How do i go about getting my reward? The reward im supposed to receive is the Helioskrill armor and helmet. Its really frustrating that i havent received it yet.

    Since that is not a rewards program offer, rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try posting on that game's forum for assistance or post at the Waypoint forums.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
    this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Keep in mind it can take 24 hours for rewards to be sent. If it's been over 24 hours, check your order history on the redemption page. It'll either have the option to resend the reward or have a code to redeem listed. If it doesn't, you'll need to contact Microsoft

    It can take up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem with Rewards. If you don't get it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either list a code there to redeem or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
