    Recently I have started the xbox reward scheme and have completed a survey and also have purchased a free game but have not received my points how and why is it not working

    have 20,000 points not being put into my account it tells me to update my info my info is correct give me my points I want to spend them

    For support to check into it, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for survey credits to show as pending and there are no offers to receive credits for downloading a free game.

    We responded to your post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/ddeb6645-f73a-41b3-8f09-0766d4f62d96). As mentioned in your earliest post, this deposit is failing
    because a database error is causing your billable account to not be marked for the deposit. We need this "mark" in order to know which billable account you want your deposit into. Since it is missing, our deposit aborts rather than attempt a deposit into a
    unspecified billable account.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account to properly allocate your purchases to the correct chapters, and you should see Credits pending by the end of next week at the latest.
