Not receiving My order

Going on almost 2 months now. I ordered a Series elite 2 controller and it never reached the shipping company.

I finally got a hold of a person to get a refund and order a new one. But SAME issue is happening, Fed Ex has printed the label but has NOT received it from Microsoft yet. The carrier is on their game, why is Microsoft messing this up a second time in a row?

You'll see a line drawn on your mini-map indicating where your commander wishes you to attack/defend. The point should be highlighted as well. A commander is a player surveying the battlefield via smartphone/tablet and will provide the team with certain
bonuses and intel.

The orders are generally capture point A or blow up point B, and commanders are players who have to use the map, locate enemies, and drop supplies to help the team.

Received an update today that my controller has been received and the service order is being processed.

Hello Hayabusa,

It is now showing up on my order history, along with an order number and an estimated date of delivery. I assume my order has gone through and that I will receive my Xbox on the delivery date. I have however still not received a confirmation email.
