    Not receiving my FREEdom Rewards in May


    Hi,

    I played Prominence Poker, World of Tanks and DC Universe Online for more than 5 hours each in May, but did not get my rewards.

    I chose to participate. After playing Prominence Poker and World of Tanks it updated the Rewards page, but with DC Universe Online it never did, and I played that for a longer period of time.

    Please correct this error. Thank you.

    Not receiving freedom rewards

    I signed up for Xbox rewards and played Trove a lot which I already had downloaded previously. Well I still have not received my dragon coin reward. I play a lot more than 30 minutes. When I go to freedom rewards and get started on trove it just has another
    button that says download now. Nowhere am I able to claim my reward. I did a survey yesterday and no pending credits but that could take a couple more days I guess. Please help!

    Hello Legit Strategy,

    We see that the tokens were assigned to your account, and are currently awaiting use on your redemption page. This page can be accessed from the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page. Keep in mind that it can take up to 96 hours to receive and process
    new activity, so coins do not show up immediately after activity.
