Not receiving Microsoft Rewards points for completed quests

I just finished a quest worth 1500 points on the Microsoft Rewards App. The last thing i had to do was get an achievement. I did it with one day to spare and it never gave credit for it even when i kept clicking to redeem it. It went away the next day
and i never got credit. This isnt the first time something like this has happened. I dont remember the name of the quest but it just ended last week. Any help would be appreciated

In order for them to register in your Microsoft Rewards, you have to complete achievements during the week that the quests are available. Any achievements completed before or after the quest is over, you will not receive points for them.

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

Did you scroll all the way to the bottom where it says Help with Microsoft account, then click on Contact Microsoft Rewards support? It should then take you to a page where you have to fill out questions so support can try to help you.

scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Microsoft Rewards Support

they should fix it for you

It doesn't work clicking that link that leads to Microsoft rewards support it just takes you to the Microsoft support page not support for the rewards. Then you have a hundred options
