Not receiving messages/invites and cannot invite friends to party/game

When I'm logged it I can see my current friends that are online, however when I invite them to a party or game they do not receive any notifications from me. Also, when they invite me I see the notification and can join.

Also, when I try to send them messages they do not receive them and I cannot receive friend invites from new users but I can add them.

When I logged into my Microsoft account here I was able to finally accept the friend requests.

Anyone else have this issue?

Not receiving messages

I am not receiving any messages from friends. Notifications such as party invite or game invite show up, but messages will not. I even went into notifications and seen that messages were on.

Xbox is up and running except for friends lists and sending or receiving messages/party invites/ friend requests/private chat invites so on and so on.

Hey there DawgFan, I have had this issue myself at times. Have you checked to see what your NAT type is? This controls what you can do with other users online. To see what your NAT type is, go to the My Games and Apps icon, then click on Apps, then Settings.
Now , go into the Network icon and you should see in the middle of the box your NAT type. If it is set to Moderate or Strict, there is the problem. here is a link

Correct if it don't work you should remove your profile only and re-download it should fix the issue
