Not receiving keys from Community Rewards Challenge--No Help from Microsoft Support/Xbox ...

Last week I participated in the Community Rewards challenge for Power Bingos. I completed the challenge, but had to wait for the community to finish. Once it completed, it moved onto another challenge. I didn't receive the reward of 100 keys. I have searched
on the forums and found quite a few posts of others with the same issue.

First, I uninstalled Bingo and reinstalled it. This didn't fix the issue. Next, I contacted Xbox Support online and chatted with a rep. April Y. After reviewing it, she said she couldn't assist me since the game was downloaded and played on a Windows 10
laptop and not an Xbox Console. She gave me the link to Microsoft Support and said they could assist me.

Then, I spent an hour and 10 minutes in chat with Microsoft Support, who not only seemed to have no idea what game I was playing, but also said he had no idea how to help me. He suggested I fill out the form on this page: Microsoft Store Online - Welcome

I told him this was dealing with Microsoft Rewards, a completely different area than Microsoft Bingo. He insisted this was the form I should fill out since they could assist with ANY issue with anything to do with Microsoft. Then he suggested I contact Xbox
Support since they would be able to help me. I pointed out that it was Xbox Support that had told me to go to Microsoft Support to get assistance with this issue.

I filled out the form he sent me the link for Microsoft Rewards. I received an email from Rustom with Microsoft Rewards. He said I needed to contact Microsoft Support for assistance with this issue since they only handle requests dealing with Microsoft Rewards.

Whom do I need to speak with to get assistance with this issue? As I stated, this is apparently a common issue, yet no one seems to be assisting.

not receiving keys i microsoft bingo from power cards

I am not receiving my keys as a reward after the community goal is met. I am owed 190 keys.

Hi, still not receiving keys from Bingo Power cards, first the USA card - had 100keys - community goal was reached and no keys. Then was the France Power Card - 40keys - community goal was reached and no keys.... Kind of annoying the crap out of me. Please
fix or give a reason as to why this is happening....

 

Also, I have tried all of the options suggested on the forums in the FAQ. None of these have worked either. I will point out that my game has no issue with refunding tickets from chests, keys from chests, etc. This issue is solely with the Community Rewards
for Power Bingos.

 

Hey there FoxyLoxy324,

Is this an issue with an In-Game Reward or with the Rewards program outside of the game? It sounds like an in game issue, but we wanted to clarify to be sure.
