Discus and support not receiving keys for power bingos in Thailand in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is anyone else not receiving keys for power bingos once the community goal is reached?     not receiving keys for power bingos in Thailand


    Is anyone else not receiving keys for power bingos once the community goal is reached? I completed the 5, 10 and 20 power bingos for Thailand long before the community goal was reached. Once the community goal was reached, the power card reset however I
    did not receive any of the 100 keys that I was ensured to win.

    Am I the only one with this problem? If so I will just cease playing power bingos and stick to the regular game.

    Thanks for any info anyone has on this problem.

    again i was on a game in thailand, we were under 10 bingos to go and i got sent to the ad, i had my three power balls marked i went directly into the add and didn't get my keys, power up or luggage. will it be fixed

    I have had power card bingos that should have allotted me 100 keys each time, but I am not receiving them when the community goal is reached. Why is this? I would get so much further with the keys.

    Same problem too, tried to contact them, transfered me from xbox support to microsoft support, back to xbox support, back again to microsoft support, and to tell me finally to
    call the game department to have my issue solved. Do I need to contact the game developers? Isn't this their problem???

    No collections from Thailand for daily play over months, ready to quit.

    I agree, same thing because no pictures for Thailand are unlocked in the second level for several weeks. I have completely filled all power bingo cards several times and added level ups. I have opened 100's of luggage for Thailand and still no pictures added
    for that destination. Is a certain level in Thailand required before pictures are added and ticked? There is no explanation for this bingo game destination picture problem. Ha, level ups with coins, pictures, tickets, etc but no picture cards. How can you
    fill your destination card with pictures if they never appear when opening luggage? Please fix this problem before I too will cease to be a player in this game.

    Power Figure did not pay off

    I paid 600 coins for 50 keys: You deducted the coins but I did not receive the keys. What's up with that. This has happened several times when I did not get credit for the bingos I got and when I didn't receive the trunk for a power pattern. I also did
    not receive credit earned for the bingos I earned and the 3 power numbers I selected when the game got stuck and I had to exit out of the program. This is happening too often and I won't put up with it for too much longer. I have deleted a couple other games
    for less.

    Please at least tell us you are working on this.

    Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.
