Not receiving invites and possibly messages

Playing destiny and trying to find a group, i kept messaging people and wasn't seeing any invites. Found out my messages were going through and invites were being sent but I'm not seeing any notifications for them/ not receiving them at all.

NAT type is moderate, can't change it.

Not receiving messages

I am not receiving any messages from friends. Notifications such as party invite or game invite show up, but messages will not. I even went into notifications and seen that messages were on.

Maybe you might want to talk to xbox support. About this issue. Or you can wait untill someone from xbox Support helps you here you. Can all way's talk to them other Twitter if you have a twitter account.

try this below and see if it helps , but , why cant change NAT?

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

Keep in mind that being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted into the program. If you're not receiving a message from Xbox then it is possible you have not been accepted for the program.

Hi Sam,

being invited to the program doesn't guarantee selection. If you are selected you will receive a service message on your xbox with further instructions. Due to the volume of invites being sent it is not possible to send messages to those that were not selected.
Best advise at the moment is just to have patience.
