    So this issue is not as uncommon as I thought since I'm seeing several posts on it elsewhere. The problem is that there is no real solution to it that is working this time.

    I can confirm that people are sending me messages and invites, but I am not receiving them. Sometimes I'll receive them 30 minutes and sometimes hours later. This is unacceptable! I literally can't play online with friends because i'm not receiving alerts and notifications.

    I troubleshooted with Xbox support Live Chat and even Factory Reset my console. I use the phone app and Windows app so I signed out and uninstalled those to see if it would resolve the problem, but no dice.



    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

    Preview Program App just displays "Thanks for Joining" message, and has for months now, please help.

    There isn't anyone else on my console that is in the preview program, no. But I've been receiving invites since the start of the year.

    I've never received a message either.

    It cant take up to a month or more to receive your message from Xbox Live. Also, an invite does not guarantee you'll be accepted into the program.
