Not Receiving Game/Party Invites

For the past week or so I have not been getting any notifications to be invited to games, or parties. This includes both friends sending me invites, and other players inviting me and then questioning if I was going to join or not.

I have tried trouble shooting this myself and have done the following things:

Restarting my xbox

Hard restarting my xbox

Deleting my profile

turning off the console with the power button for 10 seconds

Unplugging it for a few minutes and then re-downloading my profile.

The last series of events fixed my problem for about 10 minutes, and then it broke again.

My network has a strong signal, I have my notifications turned on, and my NAT is set to open, along with my privacy settings.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hey EternalBlaze90! Your network doesn't look like it should cause any issue. Are you able to try the console on a different network, like a friend's house (especially if you know they receive invites)? Additionally, do other accounts on the console have
the same issue? Post back and let me know!

I can join parties and receive party invites just fine. The problem is the game invites. For example, I was trying to play Call of Duty: Warzone through a Looking For Group post. I join the party but then don't receive the game invite and can't invite
them to my game.

I have tried cycling the router. I'll check about the moderate open NAT settings. Maybe something I missed. It's weird because it's sort of random. Some days will be fine, and others I won't get messages or invites. Some days I'll get messages but no invites.

I had this issue a while back and found out my NAT would switch to moderate open quite a bit since my friends had low NAT we had trouble playing together. Try to follow Microsoft guide to opening up your router and also find out what you friends NAT is.
Have also tried cycling power on the router and modem?

Hey Fizzy!

Sorry to hear you're not able to get party/game invites. If you haven't yet, the first thing you'll want to try is to

power cycle your Xbox One. This can very often resolve a lot of problems so hopefully that helps. If not, try unplugging your Xbox from your network and then unplugging your network and resetting that as well.
