    Not receiving game invites


    My Xbox one is not receiving any invites and if I send one they receiving party does not get it. I have reset my Xbox, router, and changed all of my privacy setting so I have an open nat but still nothing. Any help would be great thanks

    Are you possibly able to test your Xbox One on a different network to see if there's any change?

    Hey there TertiaryBlast.

    Our team was aware of some troubles with this, but it should be cleared up for you now. If you're running into any issues, power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still not receiving notifications after the power
    cycle, please let us know.

    Sounds like a NAT type issue or an ISP instability problem. What is your NAT type at the moment? If it's strict or moderate you could experience problems and may want to force a new IP address.

    Even if your NAT type is saying open I would still be inclined to reset your router and force a new IP address. To do this simply unplug all wires from the back of your router and wait for 5 minutes (must be 5 minutes) then plug everything back in again.

    Hopefully that will sort it. If not try changing your DNS IPv4 & IPv6 addresses. Use

    Google's public DNS     if you like.

    Hey there Leonidas 1983!

    Do the notifications not work for specific players, or is it at random?

    If you haven't already, try removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, power cycle your Xbox One (hold power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add it back. Let us know how it goes :)
