    Hi,

    Please could someone help? I can not receive game invites no matter what I do although I do not have a problem sending and receiving messages. I have reset my console and router to make sure I have an open NAT, I heve checked my settings to ensure I can
    receive all notifications and I have cleared my blu-ray persistent memory. I hope there is a simple fix and any help is greatly appreciated.

    i can't send or receive invites to my friends from my xbox one to their 360 console .

    You can not play World of Tanks on an Xbox One with people on an Xbox 360, this is why they would not be receiving these invites.

    Sorry to hear it. In order for others to receive your invites they would need to be playing on a 360 or on Backwards Compatible games. If you are inviting those on the Xbox One then you would need to send them an Xbox One message inviting them to play

    If you are using Xbox One chat then invite the person to your chat and let them know to load up the BC game on their console. Otherwise they would need to be playing a BC game on their system in order to receive the invite.

    They removed the option to receive party and game invites in one of the recent updates. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not. But I use Game Bar for invites now; it works the same.

    1. Are you seeing this with an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

    2. Is the console using a wired or wireless connection?

    3. Are other profiles able to receive invitations when signed into the same console?

    4. Do you see that with invites to multiple different games, or is that only happening with a particular one?

    5. Are able to send an invite if you try?
