    Hello,

    I purchased a DLC while back and didn't receive any reward credits.

    Month of June I preordered a game and my status wasn't updated nor i any got credits for it.

    Can you verify why this is happening.

    From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.



    Since your purchases last month were either game consumables or pre-orders, you did not get payback for your purchases last month. Since we only award on every 10.60 CAD, your TV purchase was reserved to complete a 10.60 amount in a following month.

    If you are asking about the Games on Demand offer, your Sniper Elite pre-order was eligible and awarded you one punch. However, that offer requires three eligible game pre-orders to complete and receive Credits.

    Hello AcrylicHorizons,

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see multiple Credit and deposit events in the last few months. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency
    from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Note that as stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more
    pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    As far as purchases, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive
    VIP rebates.

    first off, Bungie is no longer the company supporting Reach, 343i is the one supporting. you probably either got credit banned or you hit the daily limit.

    Our program has a maximum limit of 500,000 Credits awarded per program year, as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions:

    E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

    1. Programme Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Programme Year (1 July to 30 June) is 500,000.

    Since you have hit this maximum, your Credits have been unable to be Rewarded. As mentioned above, this limit is set to reset soon. Hope this clears up any confusion!
