Not receiving Army of Two achievements that I've completed

So I have four achievements that aren't unlocking on this game. First is Double Trouble. You have to get 200 Overkills in double overkill. According to my in game stats I have 288 double Overkills. Next is Look Mom I Made it for completing the game on
insane. A buddy and I have played through twice on insane and didn't get the achievement. The other two are based off that since I read that once you complete the game on insane you get more outfits, masks and tattoos. How do I go about getting this headache

A problem with achievements

Why am I not receiving achievements? I've completed Overheating, The Arrow Whisperer, Circle of life, I know my land, Set-up date, and Old Habits and I haven't received any of them? I know because I've watched videos on the prerequisites to unlocking them,
done exactly that or already completed, and still nothing?

I haven't been receiving achievements ever since this happened last year. I can't get achievement for games that weren't already installed on my Xbox. Such as Dark souls 3. I've completed the game 4 tines over not a single achievement. Same with Rocket league,
I've unlocked all unlockabkes and not 1 achievement

The first thing we have you do is check trueachievements.com for the achievements as they may have some special ways to obtain. It looks like

Double Trouble does. Follow the steps there (and they do say that it may not pop the first time) and let us know how that goes. Looks like there are a few solutions for

Look Mom, I Made It as well.

Give those a try and let us know if you are able to get those achievements afterwards. We'll keep an eye out if you continue to have troubles.
