Not Receiving ANY Xbox Live Notifications

Hey guys,

So I've gone to every thread and tried all kinds of support and no one can figure it out. I cannot get ANY notifications, I've hard rebooted, reset factory turned off and on notifications, ports are open, and deleted gamer profile and reloaded. I was
an preview member but reverted back to the normal dashboard. Please help, I can't play a lot of the games I like because of this issue. Thanks for any help!

I am receiving Xbox Live Enforcement Case Review Notifications via emails. Are they legitimate?

Notification Help

I'm not receiving notifications when my friends start playing the same game or turn on their Xbox Ones. I've checked all the boxes for notifications in Preferences. Any info would be appreciated.

Update: Power cycling seems to have worked, thank you

You don't get notifications for log ons anymore.

As for the the others, have you tried power cycling the machine?

No pop-up notifications at all, and I haven't tried power cycling yet

Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

For Xbox One the notification is:

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

As stated before you can't contact anyone regarding a console ban.
