    not sure why but I'm not receiving any form of rewards on my Microsoft rewards account and have purchased a few games and DLC and have always really upped my Xbox Live.

    Not receiving any reward credits

    Keep in mind that purchases that apply to an offer do not also apply to MyVIP, as specified in our FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer in March, your purchases went towards that offer and not MyVIP. Regarding your purchases in April, we have delayed payback for that month due to an issue affecting some of our preview program members. Once
    we resolve this issue, you will see Credits pending for April MyVIP in your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  3. Not receiving any reward credits

    Hello,

    I haven't received any reward credits from the purchases I made towards the end of March until present day. Did something change in regards to how credits are earned? The only pending credits that show are from the survey I took?

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    If you are asking about our program (Xbox Live Rewards), we see that your join by date and activity indicates that you may not be aware of current program changes, such as MyVIP, which began in 2014. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two
    ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We have received word that the issue on your account has been resolved, which we confirmed. We have reviewed your purchases for the last year, and did not find any purchases eligible for Rewarding. We will adjust your account for the December and January
    surveys, and you should see those Credits appear as pending by the end of next week. Keep in mind that you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least 200 GBP or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases

    Hello TechnoSauage81,

    We had received a report that our web team had fixed the issue. We'll reach out to them and have them take a second look at your account specifically to investigate for any unique issues.
    id appreciate that as I've just logged into my rewards account and it's still saying 0 points or rewards. Since opening this case I've done a survey for rewards and those points I was awarded have since disappeared so there's something not right somewhere.
