Not receiving any party or game invites

    Not receiving any party or game invites


    I cannot receive any party or game invites from anyone, not even an Xbox One on my own network.

    I have already tried everything suggested on the forums:

    - Reset + unplug Xbox from power for 10 minutes

    - Remove account and re-download account

    - Ensure notifications are turned on

    - Ensure NAT type is OPEN

    This issue only surfaced today, and I'm pretty frustrated as I am playing a game where I use an LFG service to team up with people.

    Any help would be appreciated greatly.

    Xbox game invites

    I can join parties and receive party invites just fine. The problem is the game invites. For example, I was trying to play Call of Duty: Warzone through a Looking For Group post. I join the party but then don't receive the game invite and can't invite
    them to my game.

    unable to invite friends to games or party's

    not being able to receive invites

    join open games or party's

    hard to connect to friends

    joining server's for bf3, mw3 or any other online game

    Also, do you receive ANY invitations? I don't receive ANY invitations. Not to party chat, not to any multiplayer games. Nothing. They don't even show up in the invitation history on the social tab in the Xbox Guide. It's like they just go into a black hole.

    Edit: I do receive voice chat invitations (like from the mobile app) but I think those are actually sent as Xbox text messages, which I still receive fine. Party and game invitations are completely a no-go, though.

    Edit 2: Here's another recent instance of the same issue.

    Edit 3: When did you notice the problem? I first noticed on Friday, February 7.

    Same here - playing EA NHL Legacy on Xbox 360 - can't send game invites. Can't send any messages on Xbox 360. Can join another person's party by going to their profile and clicking join party, but can't send or receive a party invite. Even if they are in a joinable game though, the "Join Game" option does not appear on their profile, so without game invites there's no way for us to play a game together. This is awful - any fix soon?
