not receiving any invites

for some reason i am not receiving any party or game invites. i have exhausted every option xbox support had to offer with no succes. all my notifications are on. i am getting the invites on my smart glass app but not on my xbox one.

did a hard reset everything even unsubscribed from the insider program with no succes.

Hey there bennyoneball,

Sorry to hear about the problem with not seeing the notifications during invites. To clarify, are you able to view the invites from the notifications on the dashbaord? If you clear the notifications form the console does that have any effect?

Ever tried unlinking Smart Glass from Xbox One? I had a similar problem in the past with notifications and when I did it worked.

I was invited and I accepted the invite, but I never received a message. Any way that you could resend it? Thanks!

Also, do you receive ANY invitations? I don't receive ANY invitations. Not to party chat, not to any multiplayer games. Nothing. They don't even show up in the invitation history on the social tab in the Xbox Guide. It's like they just go into a black hole.

Edit: I do receive voice chat invitations (like from the mobile app) but I think those are actually sent as Xbox text messages, which I still receive fine. Party and game invitations are completely a no-go, though.

Edit 2: Here's another recent instance of the same issue.

Edit 3: When did you notice the problem? I first noticed on Friday, February 7.
