    Not received the game Castle Crashers


    On 04/10/2013, I bought the game Castle Crashers for R$ 30,00 (I live in Brazil). However, to this day I can't find my game in the library anywhere and have already made my payment.
    Currently, in 2019, I never had the opportunity to enjoy my purchase, not even see the game in my download list.
    I await an answer and a solution

    I assume that's the Xbox 360 version of the game. You should be able to login to see your purchase history at account.xbox.com and queue it for download from there. :)
