    Not received the add-ons from the complete add-on bundle


    I recently purchased the forza motorsport 6 complete add-ons bundle to find out that the pack was not so 'complete'. I installed all the add-ons and loaded up forza expecting to receive all the car packs and VIP which i just purchased to discover that i
    only received the expansion packs. I have not received any of the car packs, no cars have been added to my garage, only the porsche and nascar expansion pack cars. I have already contacted xbox and they advised me to create a post on here and i am hoping that
    my issue can be solved. The reference number for my xbox support chat is: 1376296882.

    Sniper Elite 4 Digital Deluxe Edition

    Hi. I have bought the Sniper Elite 4 Digital Deluxe Edition and this comes with a bundle that includes about 14 add-ons. the game is working fine but the add-ons are not. seems that these add-ons are not activated yet and they are not active.

    You can always try requesting a refund as long as it is showing up on your order history.

    Let me provide you a direct link for you to request this immediately. Your request will go directly to the refund team as they are the one who will process a refund back to your account.

    Sorry but that's not my issue. When I go to add-ons in the Microsoft store it says I don't own vip, car pass, and anything else that comes with the premium add-ons bundle. I am just trying to get my money's worth because I spent 45 dollars on the bundle and only got the Hot Wheels world and the Rally world.

    I can see that you are unable to access your Forza Horizon 5 Expansion bundle. Please try the following steps to see if they help:



    - Restart your console and check for any updates.

    - Go to My Games & Apps and select Forza Horizon 5.

    - Press the Menu button on your controller and select Manage Game and Add-ons.

    - Find the Expansion bundle in the Ready to Install section and select Install All.

    - Launch the game and check if you can access the Expansion bundle.

    There are some steps you can try for this issue, please check this link:

    Just a heads up though that it could also take up to 24 hours for the add-ons to reflect.

    You can also reach out to the game developers if in any case you are still not getting them after 24 hours.
