    Add-ons     valued at $100! On top of the ultimate multiplayer fun and exclusive member discounts, you can kick start your Xbox One experience in style this September.

    Simply log into your new Xbox One console between the 1st of October and 30th of December 2014 to redeem your games!

    I've logged several times already and even tried to go to the Xbox store to download; however, it is not possible to get it for free.

    Please provide assistance.

    Hey there, Dzenea! I'm very sorry to see that you have been unable to download the games for free! I am aware of the promotion you are talking about, and would like to clear a few things up.

    This promotion offered should have sent you an Xbox Live message with these games in it. Have you received any Xbox Live messages over the past couple months with a couple of codes in them? You will have wanted to redeem those codes to be able to get these
    games for free.
