  1. Not received Quest rewards and was told my Xbox Support to contact the forum


    Have an issue with not receiving the Xbox Gold/Game Pass quests for the months of January, March and April. Contacted someone at Xbox Support on June 8th. Gave me the Service Number 1429784299. I have tried in the weeks since to contact Support to get an
    update because the original email that was sent out told me to reply if I had not received my rewards. Since then I have three other contacts with Support and today, I was told that not only was my ticket closed without any notice to me, but that I have to
    post on the forum to see what support can be given to this issue.

    Every time anyone contacts support about the Xbox Quest Rewards we are told to post here in the forums

    January quests rewards

    I haven't received my January and February quests rewards. I contacted support they told me to make a thread here for a support agent to contact me... makes no sense but following orders.

    Has anyone else had these type of issues with the previous rewards?

    Also, there should be a way to contact some type of support beyond, "posting on a forum".

    I asked both the person I spoke with via chat and the person I spoke with via telephone that this type of dealing with customers will cause more headaches for consumers and could lead to people not using the product. Just bad customer service to be bounced
    around and then told go post somewhere and HOPE that someone will see it and maybe reply. By the looks of some of these posts on the forum, it shows than more often than not, a consumer's topic is either not acknowledged or just completly ignored.

  5. So been seeing other forum posts being answered by representatives of Xbox but most have been ignored.

    Is there ANYONE that has seen this that can be of assistance?

  6. Another day has gone by and not an iota of an update from anyone.

    Does ANYONE ELSE feel that this system of using a forum seems moot?
