Not received my World War Z code after purchasing Dead Rising 3 through Xbox Store

As above really. I bought Dead Rising 3 through the store on the 29th Jan and still haven't received the code for the movie. Can anyone help?

I still haven't received my free fallout 3 code after purchasing fallout 4 digital deluxe edition on the 10 of November I bought it through the xbox store can you please help me.

Don't worry, it seems this offer never existed. All pages about it in the officiel site Xbox.com have been erased. I'm afraid you will never receive any code. Sorry...

 

I'm in the same situation, and the Microsoft customers service is no help.
