Discus and support Not Received My Prize from XCL in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I won the prize for XCL Sweepstakes in February and I still haven't received my prize.     Not Received My Prize from XCL


    I won the prize for XCL Sweepstakes in February and I still haven't received my prize.

    I have been in contact with @XboxSupport and Microsoft Live Chat and they said I should contact XCL in the forums. The only reason which I believe why I haven't received my prize is that I have been removed from the Ambassador program but with my remaining
    SweepStake tickets I put them on this month

    If an XCL representative could please reply to this for the reason why I haven't received my prize or if they could send it that would be great!

    The prize is 200 XP for XCL, an avatar Beta shirt (male or female), and a specialization Beta icon for your XCL home page.

    xcl.xbox.com Beta Avatar Gift?

    The XCL program is separate from the Ambassador and the Enforcement United programs although your work/assistance in those programs adds to your XP/Tenure in the XCL program. The Beta program that individuals received the avatar gift from was the 2013 Fall
    Dashboard Beta.
