not received gears of war codes

Discus and support not received gears of war codes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought gears of war 4 from the microsoft store, on the bottom the was a disclaimer that said I would get the codes for the previous gears of war...     I bought gears of war 4 from the microsoft store, on the bottom the was a disclaimer that said I would get the codes for the previous gears of war games for xbox one.

    I have renewed a xbox live gold subscription and played solo campaign via the xbox one console and my PC, i have also played a few games online via the console.

    investigating further online it also stated I would get the previous games

    So do I get the games as I have no messages or dashboard messages

    can somone plz check my gamertag is

    Gears of War 2 game code missing from Ultimate Edition Promo

    I purchased Gaers of War Ultimate Edition in Dec 2015, played in the required time frame to be eligible for the listed free games:

    Gears of War (received code)

    Gears of War 2 (DID NOT RECEIVE CODE)

    Gears of War 3 (received code)

    Gear of War Judgment (received code)

    I received codes for GoW, GoW 3, GoW Judgment....noticed I received no code for Gears of War 2

    Any suggestions how I could get this corrected?

    Pre-Ordered Gears Of War 4 I still have not received codes for XBOX 360 versions

    I pre-ordered Gears Of War 4 on 09/06/16. I received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War and Gears of War 2. I have not received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement. Thank you in advance.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
