not received game and dlcs

hello I bought a game bundle which was mortal combat ultimate and Injustice 2 legendary edition with all dlcs, packs and skins, I received mortal combat ultimate and all dlcs, packs and skins for that game but did not get Injustice 2 leg or any dlcs, pack or skins for the game. I bought this bundle on my pc through the xbox app can any one help this problem.

For game add-ons -or DLC- the first place to check is in your games and apps:

- In your games list, select a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.

- There, look for them under the Installed or Ready to Install list.

If you cannot find them there, please sign in at http://store.xbox.com and search for them. From there, you can also trigger the installation to the console.

If it does, then just give it some more time. It could take upto 24 hours to get the items sometimes. If the purchase doesn't show on the link, then not to worry, it means the transaction failed and the money will be refunded back to your account automatically within 24 hours. I have injustice 2 leg edition but it is saying I need to purchase the characters when they are included with the bundle?

And you would have to have paid for the dlc to receive the game for free

It can't be the freebie dlcs

Hey there!

Yes, you can purchase DLC for a game that you received through the Games with Gold program. As long as you maintain your Gold subscription, you'll have access to the game, and obviously you'd have the DLC as you purchased it.
