    Not received 3 month xbox live


    I brought a 3 months membership on the promotions page on 29th January 2018 when if you brought 3 months from that promotions page you get another 3 months token, i spoken to support and they said i was eligible for the token and that you're having problems.

    Gamertag:

    I brought it on the promotion page on xbox.com

    Promotion was valid from 15th january to the 30th January, i brought it on the 29th.

    Purchased the xbox live gold 3 months and did not receive promo 3 months

    i bought the 3 month xbox live gold on 1/17/18 and have not received the free 3 month xbox live gold redemption or anything added to my account.

    that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

    First, here's some questions for you:

    • Where did you see this ad? On your dashboard? Or was it somewhere else?
    • Did you use PayPal or a Credit Card to try to purchase the offer?

    The first thing I would do would be to check your account and see if the money was withdrawn from it.

    From the information you've provided so far, it looks like the purchase never went through. This could be caused by a couple things, but the most common of those is the service simply not responding at the time.

    • Did it give you any errors when you tried to purchase it?
    • Have you tried to purchase it again since you made this post?
