    Not possible to use the update I purchased


    I purchased an update of Magic the Gathering on Xbox live on my Xbox 360.

    Purchase and downoad went fine.

    My goal was to be able to play multiplayer games on Magic the Gathering.

    But when selected multiplayer game the application told me that the choise of game is not supported.

    How is it possible? I connected on a 360 and the purchase for update was available.

    Now I spent 9,50 Euros for nothing.

    Anybody knows if is a technical problem?

    Or I should ask refund?

    In this case how can I contact microsoft for the refund?

    I would check the forums an magic the gathering. Depending on which version of the game , as there were 3 release on the 360 , the oldest ones might have shut down the servers to make room for the xbox one version

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems. I would try clearing the cache on your Xbox 360 by following the instrcutions below :

    If you are playing on Xbox One, just hold down the powe button for 10 seconds to do a hard reboot which will also clear the cache. If that fails and you’re still unable to use your DLC, you can fill out the form below to see about a refund.

    Thats not possible i'm afraid.You will need to use your profile on a console with the beta on it to purchase anything until the updated dash is made public.

    Maybe the VPN triggered the system. The best option is no to use it even if you're traveling
    It's enough if you use the US marketplace and purchase with your US card

    Hope you can purchase again with your account as soon as possible
