    Not possible to send messages to friends on Xbox Live


    Hello,

    For few days I'm not able to send text messages to friends.

    I receive the Error "Impossible d'envoyer ce message, Réessayer plus ****" [ yes, I'm a frenchspeaker Not possible to send messages to friends on Xbox Live :) ].

    The problem is present on all my devices (xbox, phone and PC), then I think it's an account problem.

    I invited a friend about 2/3 weeks ago and he joined Xbox live and I didn’t revive my £10 gift card

    Hey num54pty FuSiOn! Did your friend sign up through the email that was sent to them? If possible, please send me an Xbox Live message with the Gamertag of the friend you invited. Thanks!

    Can't send anymore messages

    I tried to send messages on Xbox 360 console and on the Xbox.com, both not works. I tried now too Smartglass and im not sure if it working, i am getting no responds, no message of xbox if it was possible to send the messages or not and i am getting no responds
    of my friends too, so i am thinking it still not working. I'm desperate! :/

    should messaging someone ingame with headset not default to voice message?

    From the below it appears that the default is text and if you want to send voice you have to select the microphone.

    Send messages to friends

    To send messages to one of your friends through Xbox One:

    Sign in to Xbox Live.

    On your Xbox One Wireless Controller, press the Xbox button.

    Go to the Friends hub and select Friends online.

    Highlight the friend's gamertag, and then press the A button on your controller.

    Select Send and then select Message to send a text message, or select the microphone icon to send a voice message.

    Enter or record your message.

    When finished, select Send.
