Not possible to connect to xboxlive from xbox 360

Hello,

my microsoft account isn't configure with 2 steps of verification !

On my XboxOne, i can connect to xboxlive, but on my xbox360 i can't, i have the error 8015D002 (about the 2 steps of verification) .....

Someone can help me ?

Banned Console

After 5 years without connect my 360 console to XboxLive, today tried connect my 360 to XboxLive for update my profile with my Xbox One and appear a message that says my console was banned.

How that is possible, if I haven´t logged in for 5 years?

Do I need to be able to connect to Xboxlive from my 360 to play them? ..Cause I have an Xbox Live account but I don't have a network adapter for my 360 to connect to my wifi so my 360 isn't connected to the internet yet.

Is it possible you have a very long password? I've seen from another forum poster that having something in the region of 15+ characters can trigger the same error message; if this is the case, you might want to shorten it by a few characters and, to not
reduce your account's security, instead turn on two-step verification.

i am sorry to hear that your having problems with you wifi connection

if your disconnecting from xboxlive using wifi

then it maybe not be secured which means hat other people may use your conection

if your using the wireless apdapter

they is problems with that many of my friends had problems with the apdater because it disconnects you because of the coverage to xboxlive between your router to apdater which is connected to the xbox.

the best thing to do is using wired to connect to xboxlive which decreases the chance of disconnecting from xboxlive compared to the wireless

XboxLIVE Disconnects | XboxLIVE Slow | Speed up XboxLIVE and see if anything on there helps with your issue. As well as this, have a look at the

XboxLIVE Problems | Console Cannot connect to XboxLIVE - When you test your XboxLIVE connection, do any errors appear, such as messages, yellow exclamation marks or red crosses?

no..no....... only my profile not connects to live .......

I can create a new profile or download another profile usually they connect the xboxlive .... more my profile not connect in xbox live

I withdraw from my hd box ...

and try to download it again for live

and appears this error 801540b7 .......

obs: not be possible to download it from live or update it

I was in the house of a friend of mine and I tried to download my profile on xbox360 and it appeared the same error...
