Not Playing Any Games

Has anyone had this problem? I turn my Xbox One on to play COD. The load screen comes on and say's it's reading the saving device. It never get's off the loading screen. So I think it might be the COD disk. I then insert 3 other game disk and get the same
thing (goes to loading screen and never leaves). I then try to play the one game I downloaded that is not on disk. Get the same issue. So now I cannot play any of my games. Everything else works (aps, videos, store...etc). Is my X1 messed up?

Not receiving my rewards for playing any games

I have been playing gears of war the past few days and I have not received Any of my versus match rewards I got 24 coins in a game I was in the entire time and was the Mvp for there have been games where I have joined in on round 1 and finished in like third
place and all and didn't receive any rewards I just played a game where I played it and it couldn't load my rewards so I got nothing I have played atleast 10 games in the past 2 days and I keep on quitting cause I am not getting anything for rewards at all
in some games where I am there the entire time.I want my coins and stuff

 

xbox360 is not playing any game after update.

Hello.I have a serious problem.I have my updated my xbox360 with the latest update version 2.0.13604.0 released on October 11,2011.Now my xbox360 isn't playing any new or old game.No game is playing on my xbox360.The old games give error"Play Video game".I
have also boot disk wave 4.But it doesn't work on it.The new games like gears of war 3,dark souls,driver San Francisco give error"Play game".I press the button.But after 5 or 6 seconds,it returns to Xbox Dashboard(desktop).Please help me.

 

have you tried a hard reboot to see if this fixes problem? to do this, when the console is powered on, hold in power button on front of console for 5-10 seconds until xbox shuts itself off. your led on power brick should turn orange. boot her back up and
you should see the green loading screen. see if this hopefully helps you out. hard reboot fixes most problems
