    I had this issue when I bought my Xbox one originally, and a hard reset fixed it. But again, there is no autoplay on any disc I insert, nor is there a play disc option anywhere. The only game I've played has been fallout 4, and the disc itself is fine. Last
    night I downloaded the blue ray app to watch a movie, that went well, but today I have no disc reading whatsoever. What gives?

    Have you tried installing the game to your hard drive? Look at the bottom of the screen on the dashboard and press the button for more options on the disc (Y or X I believe) then choose install disc. After that you'll only need the disc in the console
    but it won't read from it when you play.

    Installing the game on the hard drive does not mean that it won't read the disc at all. It improves load times and minimizes game disc access. If there are unreadable portions of the disc that must be read and it can't then it won't fix the issue. You can
    try taking your game to a local retailer to see if it can be repaired locally, but if it cannot then your only option will be re-purchasing a copy whether it be disc or digital. Hope this clarifies what is going on.

    So when you put a disc in, the disc is read, and then the game tile shows up with the disc icon showing on it? If not, then it is not reading the disc, which will be why the games won't work.
