    Hi Xbox support,

    I have an issue with Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I bought the game in 2018 in pre-order with the Croft Edition (including the game + season pass+ the DLCs). Everything was fine till a few months ago. It seems, now, I do not own the standard game anymore.
    According to xbox, I don't own Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I still own the season pass.

    I've looked and it seems that there are two different Croft Edition. It could be a clue. One with one additionnal dlc wich is not included in the second one. I still own all the other dlc ( at least most of them) and ironically I do own the definitive edition
    DLC, but not the standard game.

    And I think as a Croft Edition buyer, the definitive edition (the one with the game + definitive edition DLC) should be mine automatically, right? But As I wrongfully do not own the standard game, I don't.

    I can still play the game via Gamepass, But as I paid full price for the game I'd like to own it as I should.

    Could you have a look at it?

    Thank you. Unfortunatly, no it didn't

    I already tried that one.

    With these options there's no contact for this issue

    And at the bottom the "try again later" arrives. which wouldn't change a thing.

    I can't talk to anyone. I just need someone to contact to take care of it.

    Thank you for answering me. Unfortunatly it didn't work.

    I was in contact with the Costumer support team of Square Enix for the last few days. I've sent them proof of purchase. They agreed there's a problem with the licence on my account and told me I should check with you to fix it.

    Here's the message: It seems that the issue you experience with Shadow of the Tomb Raider might be due to an error with the licences on your Microsoft account. We would ask you to please contact the Microsoft support to resolve the issue with them.

    So I'm coming back. Can you look at it and fix it? please.
