    Can't download profile

    I can't log in to my xbox live account. First started asking me to log in with my email and password and wouldn't let me even tho the email and password were correct. I can log in here on the computer but not on the xbox. I have tried deleting and cache
    and deleting updates and reupdating. Nothing is working. Just started today. Anybody else with this problem. Any solutions.

    Hi. Sorry for my bad english but i come from Poland. I have the same problem but i even can't connect my xbox360 to the internet. I deleted my prifle from xbox It's connecting with Wi-fi but not with internet and xbox live. So I can't download my profile.
    I can;t log on my xbox live account on my nokia lumia. Please help me.

    Sorry to hear you can't log on to Live. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

    I live in India and cannot place a service repair order for my XBOX ONE X which is under warranty

    I have the same problem with an Xbox One X I got in the U.K., I'm living in Mexico and can't use the warranty, the customer care chat person recommended me to ship the Xbox to the U.K. to make valid the warranty.
    That is one of the problems with buying things in countries where you dont live. Warranties for most products are only valid in the country where the product was purchased.

    Xbox live is a joke. It is supposed to be the all in one entertainment box, but half the time i can't even log in and my internet is not the problem. The xbox and its live service are a huge p.o.s.
