Yes I understood your answer to my problem. But! did you ever stop to say to yourselves. Hmmm, with this kind of problem we can improve the Microsoft Store where everyone can benefit from this kind of problem? No you didn't! And I am on the outside looking
in from your side of things because I was once an Xbox Ambassador just like you. That understood everything you have told me about. But! were your mines being creative? No it was not. One day you'll understand once you're outside the Xbox Ambassador box.

You do understand that your simplistic view of how the Microsoft/Xbox shop should work, does not take into account regional variations in taxation and to which Country that tax money is paid to. Then there are laws in some regions that prohibit certain games.
That is why it is region locked and unfortunately there is no improving on it. If you want to gift a friend in another Country, then use a 3rd party retailer and buy a physical copy and get it posted to them.

As already stated if you think it is a good idea submit it to the Xbox Ideas website.

Please dont compare an Ambassador as a Fanboy… Ok we are ambassador but we can say "Microsoft is not the best for all thing".

Now all of us can improve in many ways , you just need time to do it
